Who does the work

Zero Sum is Devin Wiggins. One person accountable, from the first call to the handover.

Devin scopes, builds and tests each project. AI agents do parts of the build; Devin checks the result before you see it.

Why the name: in a zero-sum game, one side wins only when the other loses. AI is starting to work that way for owner-led businesses. Zero Sum is here to change the score.

People

AI will change some jobs in the businesses Zero Sum works with. Zero Sum plans a programme to help people who are let go turn their strengths into a service they can sell.
